Ignite Padel is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all visitors, whether on our website, using our booking systems or attending our physical venues. We strive to ensure that everyone, including people with disabilities, can engage fully with our services. Our commitment

* Digital accessibility – We aim to make our website conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1/2.2). This means designing pages that are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with disabilities. We use responsive design, provide text alternatives for non‑text content, maintain sufficient colour contrast and enable navigation using a keyboard or assistive technology. We regularly review our site for compliance and welcome feedback.
* Platform support – Our online booking is provided via Playtomic. We choose providers that strive for accessibility, but if you encounter barriers when booking through Playtomic please contact us and we will arrange a booking by phone or email.
* Physical accessibility – Our venues are designed for easy access. Each site offers on‑site parking , comfortable seating areas and spacious courts. Where possible, we provide step‑free access and accessible washrooms. Equipment is available to hire for those who do not own racquets , and our staff are trained to assist anyone who needs help entering the court or using the facilities.
* Information in alternative formats – Upon request we can provide our policies, booking confirmation and event information in alternative formats (for example, large print or audio). Please contact us using the details below to make a request.

Ongoing improvements
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. Although we endeavour to meet recognised standards, there may be areas that still need improvement. For example, some third‑party content (such as embedded social media feeds) may not be fully accessible. We will continue to audit our digital and physical offerings and prioritise fixes where practical.
