Similar data categories are collected by other clubs such as Cotswold Padel Club .
* Booking and participation data – details of your bookings, membership status, participation in coaching or clinics, event preferences and communications with us. Where you book through our third‑party partner Playtomic, that platform may collect additional information such as player level or ranking.
* Payment data – the amount paid and method of payment. We do not process or store your card details; payments for court bookings are handled by Playtomic, who act as an independent data controller and have their own privacy policy.
* Health and emergency information – if you participate in coaching, clinics or events that may require us to know relevant medical information to ensure your safety (e.g. any injuries or conditions) .
* Usage data and technical data – IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages visited, date/time stamps and similar diagnostic information. Like other sports clubs we collect this information using cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve our website and services.
* Marketing preferences and correspondence – records of your preferences regarding marketing communications and any comments or messages you send us.
2. How we collect data
We collect personal data in the following ways:
* Direct interactions – when you fill in a form on our website, join one of our WhatsApp groups, make an enquiry, make a booking via Playtomic or correspond with us by phone, email or social media.

* Third‑party sources – when you book a court through Playtomic, that platform shares booking details with us so that we can manage court availability and provide services. 1. Provide and administer services – to process bookings, organise coaching sessions, host events, hire equipment, manage membership and respond to enquiries. This includes sending booking confirmations, reminders and updates.
